Changing with the tides...

I am currently looking for a larger (live aboard) type sail boat...something in the 44' to 52' length/size. She needs to be able to cruise the open seas with a small crew and allow me to single-hand day sail her on small calm bay waters. Any suggestions?

I'D RATHER BE SAILING OR WRITING A BOOK...

When the weather is "outdoor" right with a good breeze, I head for the water and sail away. When the weather is "indoor right", I pick up pen and paper and become a creative writer. And I wonder "Do other Rice graduates do the same?"
So it is that I had an idea to assemble a group of sailors and writers from the legions of my Rice Alumni classmates. And I called it the "RASCALS", an acronym for the "Rice Alumni Sailing Club and Literary Society". Neat, huh?
I figure that out of the thousands of Rice Alumni living in the greater Houston area, there must be at least a hundred of them who are active sailors and/or creative writers. Now all I have to do is locate those people and invite them to join our new special interest group for sailing and writing. Stay tuned, we might be contacting each other if those are your interests too.

I give up! You caught me by surprise. Posted by Hello
